After my final vows, Mother changed my assignment several times.  You may be able to see that a thick layer of liquid paper was applied to this card before it finally read “Regina Mundi.”  Originally I’d been appointed novice mistress, which scared the hell out of me, then I was appointed to a new house in Cuba, but Cuba wouldn’t give a visa to an American sister.  I had several other assignments before I was sent to study theology at Regina Mundi, a Pontifical Institute in Rome.
